DAY03 - Satisfy any and all underwriting conditions on the same day - We lock your rate 

DAY04 - We submit completed conditions and rate lock with Underwriting  

DAY05 - Underwriting clears conditions  

DAY06 - Underwriting issues Clear to Close - Title Co set for rush closing 

DAY07 - 3Day Trid Initiated Closing  

DAY10 - Loan Closed and Funded

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS? 

To qualify for the 10-business day closing. Borrowers must have a 620 middle score with no mortgage credit events. Our 10-business day closing applies only to FHA and Conventional purchase and/or refinancing loans for a primary homes. The 10-business day closing is not available on all loan programs and we always make our best efforts to meet critical deadlines to close in 10-business days. Our average file closes in 25 - 35 days. Also, it is important that you disclose your complete financial background and everything from employment to assets to credit history in order for us to facilitate this fast track acceleration closing option.
